In Europe, we work closely with our clients to provide tailor-made and specialised services to international organisations in the space, immigration and defence sectors. We offer individual services for various public institutions.

In the field of immigration, we are a proud partner of European Homecare and ORS for public sector clients and are committed to helping European governments support refugees when they arrive, accompany them during their stay and promote their integration into local communities. We’re looking for a Change Manager, to reinforce the team in our Germany office!

Rollenverantwortung

As a Change Manager you will work with Operations and Business:

• Design and implement change strategies to support a smooth transition during our migration to SAP, encompassing new processes and potential shifts in organizational structures.
• Assess the impact of ERP change on the RTR, PTP and OTC teams and on individuals, identifying potential resistance and areas requiring targeted support.
• Facilitate clear, timely, and effective communication with our staff and management to ensure understanding of the nature and rationale behind our ERP change.
• Coordinate the design and delivery of training initiatives to equip our employees with the skills and confidence to adopt new tools and processes effectively.
• Coach our leaders and managers on strategies to effectively support their teams through organizational change and foster employee engagement.
• Coordinate / give feedback to the UK team and Europe team

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving
• Experience in project and change management
• Familiarity with organizational psychology or business processes

• Essential: Fluency in English and German (Level C1/C2 )
